We are thrilled to announce Nanny Nat’s as our December 2019 Employer of the Month! Following a nomination from Catherine Golding, Business Engagement Advisor. Nanny Nat’s were chosen as December’s winners due to the opportunities, support and development to apprentices and new recruits.
Nanny Nat’s childcare has shown a commitment to skills by supporting their staff to complete not only mandatory training but additional learning to give staff confidence in their ability. Nanny Nat’s has so far completed Safeguarding Managers Responsibilities, Counseling Strategies Level 1 as well as choosing NPTC Group for delivery of their Level 3 and Level 5 Childcare Apprentices.

They are working hard to secure registration with CIW for full daycare of children and are working towards action plans set. I have planned some in house training for them on healthy eating in February and all the staff have been set their first modules on their programmes’
