We are pleased to announce the winners of our July Employer of the Month are Fieldbay. Fieldbay were chosen as the July winner by our Business Engagement Advisor Catherine Golding and presented the award by Robert Harris.
A FEW WORDS FROM FIELDBAY ON THEIR EMPLOYER EXPERIENCE…
Here at Fieldbay we pride ourselves on providing the safest environment for our residents. NPTC have provided us with the most up to date training and in line with the most recent fire safety legislation, ensured that our Managers, Maintenance Staff and Contractors are fully compliant and aware of the requirements for fire door safety.
The course is detailed, interesting and informative and gives a thorough breakdown of the recent legislative requirements and best practice for businesses and contractors alike. Fieldbay and our contractor DCS have both benefitted greatly from the course and it has helped us to ensure better ways of working and ensured a consistent approach to the selection, fitting and inspection of fire doors.
I would encourage companies to consider this training as it brings a wealth of benefits. NPTC were great to deal with and very helpful, offering advice on the course and a straightforward process for enrolment, the course was even carried out at one of our Fieldbay sites.
