We are thrilled to announce Angorfa Care Home as our June 2021 Employer of the Month! Following a nomination from our Business Engagement Advisor, Robert Harris, Angorfa Care Home were chosen as June’s winners due to their investment and commitment to staff training and development.
A FEW WORDS FROM ROBERT HARRIS, BUSINESS ENGAGEMENT ADVISOR, ON ANGORFA CARE HOME’S EMPLOYER OF THE MONTH NOMINATION…
Angorfa Care Home has been working in collaboration with NPTC Group of Colleges since the original conversations from December 2020. The initial enquiry was to train 22 people in Manual Handling which was going to be delivered in the near future and since then, the training has progressed into training 6 employees in First Aid at Work and another 12 employees booked on to future courses.
A total of 40 people trained in these disciplines with NPTC Group of Colleges.
The Business Development Unit has worked closely with Angela Jones the Manager of Angorfa Care Home and built a good relationship enabling both parties to work alongside each other.
Therefore I have nominated nominate Angorfa Care Home for the award of Employer of the Month due to the commitment and development of their staff.

The service provided by Robert and the trainer was excellent, the trainer was very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for him, staff felt at ease with the trainer. The trainer was very patient and went over anything staff would ask.
Overall it was a successful training course and would use the trainer again regards Angela
