By looking through our website and attending our open events you can get an idea of what course or subject you may be interested in taking.
Once you’ve found a course or subject of interest, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, contact details and what you would like to book onto. One of our Customer Relationship Advisors will then pick up your call or email and continue onto the next stage of the process which will include offering course information and available course dates.
If you are an individual looking at applying for a course with us, we have various different funding pots available dependent on your current employment/unemployment status, these come with different eligibility criteria therefore terms and conditions apply. If no funding stream is applicable, you can either pay for a course via instalments or in full.
With the funding options that are available to employers, we provide businesses with support and guidance on how to maximise the funding opportunities available whilst ensuring you/and or your business achieve your training goals. We will run through these options with you to see what funding your business could be eligible for (block bookings and discounts are available).
Once funding options have been discussed and a payment route has been decided, we will then process the payment and move on to the next stage.
Once we’ve processed the payment we will then send a booking form to you to complete and then return to us.
Once we’ve received your booking form, we organise the course location and numbers working with the course tutor. When all course information has been agreed and we have the go-ahead, a course confirmation e-mail will be sent out to you confirming all the details you need to attend the course. This will include the date, time, course location and any further particulars.
