We are thrilled to announce ERIKS as our October 2019 Employer of the Month! Following a nomination from Alex Pearson, Business Engagement Advisor. ERIKS were chosen as October’s winners due to the support given to apprentices and developing their employee’s skills by investing in courses.

ERIKS, a multi-product specialist offering a wide range of engineering components and technical services, have always worked closely with NPTC Group of Colleges providing experience and employment for apprentices wishing to be part of the engineering industry. ERIKS offer students the opportunity to gain practical experience at an innovative company, where investment in new technologies and techniques provide a culture of continuous improvement and growth.
NPTC Group of Colleges have worked with ERIKS to invest in engineering courses, for example, 18th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulations and Heating and Cutting skills with the aim of enhancing the maintenance services ERIKS provide to their customers.
“Our staff are keen to develop their skills and experience through education and training. We recently accessed fully funded training at NPTC Group of Colleges covering the specialist use of welding equipment. This has enabled the company to introduce new services and grow the business.”
