We are pleased to announce that the winners of our May 2023 Employer of the Month are Dr Organic. Following a nomination by our Business Engagement Advisor Robert Harris, Dr Organic were chosen by the panel as May’s winners for their commitment to staff training and development.
A FEW WORDS FROM DR ORGANIC ON THEIR EMPLOYER EXPERIENCE:
“Robert and the team have been very supportive in both providing opportunities and information relating to both new courses available but also providing signposting to funding and PLA.
As a local business, our aim is to continue to up skill our workforce, providing opportunities to retain talent in the community & provide development opportunities, which in turn we will see the benefits of more highly skilled, motivated and committed workforce as we continue to grow.
With increased flexibility in how learning is delivered, i.e. the introduction of increased online learning, short courses and half-day workshops, this has also provided benefits to us and our colleagues in terms of attendance.
