This course aims to teach delegates how to improve the stability of the manufacturing process through applying the Operations Excellence methodology.
Delegates will apply a range of methodologies to create a more predictable, stable, visually managed, and safe working environment by promoting a continuous improvement mindset, lean skills and effective teamwork across all levels.
