Course Modules
This part time course examines provided the development of a range of key management skills. It supports the practising team leader who is ready to move up to the next level of management
It is designed for those working in industry and currently supervising and supporting staff and wishing to advance to a higher management level.
One day per week for 6 weeks -
Method of Assessment
Assessment is via 2 x written assessments with practical application of the knowledge delivered. Students are supported to complete these via 1:1 Tutorial sessions.
