Course Overview
A practically based course aimed at individuals who want to improve their horticultural and skills that can be used to either enhance their job opportunities or their own gardens. Assessment is done through observation of practical work and underpinning knowledge questioning. A wide range of subjects covered include propagation, pruning, machinery use and plant maintenance.

Entry Requirements
Previous experience within horticulture, plus all students will be interviewed.

Employment within a range of horticulture / landscaping career paths including garden design, garden maintenance, amenity horticulture and the retail sector. Also suitable for the keen home gardener.
