IOSH Managing Occupational Health and Wellbeing (Part-Time)

Course Overview

This course provides practical advice to create a healthy and productive workplace. It equips managers with the tools to support employees experiencing physical or mental health issues.

The qualification aims to improve understanding of your responsibilities for health and wellbeing, and why it makes good business sense, enable you to manage changes in people’s health and assess fitness for work, explain what to consider in a health needs assessment, and help you support people returning to work after illness.

  • Summary of Outcomes

    Successful delegates gain the opportunity to advance onto the IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety, and increased employment opportunities in supervisory and management roles.
