Once you have signed up for the course, you will be expected to attend weekly evening classes where you will explore a broad range of materials and topics, preparing you for a speaking exam in the winter term and two written exams at the end of May and early June. Regular attendance and dedication to the lessons are essential for success.

Within this course, your speaking, reading, and writing skills will be assessed through five key assessments. Students will also work with a variety of texts, including more challenging ones which can contain high-level vocabulary.
