Since my initial contact with Rob regarding Fire Door training he has been exceptional in building our working relationship and seeking out training opportunities available for our colleagues in the Assets and HPS teams.
Rob has been responsive to my training requests and has provided me with all of the information required to be able to book colleagues where applicable.

A FEW WORDS FROM ROBERT HARRIS, BUSINESS ENGAGEMENT ADVISOR, ON HAFOD’S AWARD NOMINATION:
During the Period from June 2025 to present day, NPTC Group of Colleges have been engaging with Hafod.
Senior Learning and Development Advisor Donna Llewellyn has shown dedicated commitment to sourcing staff training with NPTC group of Colleges and forged an excellent working relationship with with Business Development Unit.
Training over this period has included , IOSH M/S , Fire Door Training, and Passive Fire NVQ’s
There is regular contact with Rob Harris, Business Engagement Advisor who is assigned to advise Hafod on any training requirements they may have, this has helped with building a collaborative and professional working relationship.
Hafod prides itself on building relationships based upon trust, professionalism and expertise.
Training is a big part of professionalism and demonstrating skills that have been learned and applied on the job and this is of great benefit for the individuals that have been upskilled, the company and the clients it serves.
