Course Overview

This workshop will provide an understanding of recruitment and interview techniques which can be utilised in future practice. This workshop will introduce different ways of working and enhance skills learnt.

    Improved skills in interviewing, recruitment and selection. Improvement in management skills.

    Course outcomes include:

    - Understanding of the challenges of interviewing, what needs to be considered.
    - Reflective practice - interview skills, what does a good job look like?
    - Being consistent, fair and unbiased; Unconscious bias – understanding yourself.
    - Providing feedback to candidates, impact and effectiveness.
    - Practical interview skills session – really test your skills.
